All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $120AUD

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to New Zealand and United States. Shipping chargers for international orders will be calculated and displayed at check out. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to Canada, UK and Europe due to importation laws.

Local delivery - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE

Local delivery is available at a cost of $7 for orders under $100. Free local delivery is available for orders over $100. Deliveries are made within 2 business days of your order on Monday-Friday between 8am - 5pm, excluding public holidays. Delivering within a 10km radius from Harrington Park 2567 NSW.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
